MEET THE ARTISTS
Reminder: Our exhibition for September 2020 is CANCELLED due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We felt we needed to take these measures towards preventing the spread of the virus. We will look forward to seeing you in 2021.
Meet the artists that make up the collective known as the Hutton Buscel Artists. We don't mind saying that we think we are amazing and we put on an excellent exhibition which gets better year on year. In fact, we can even boast that we have International Award Winning artists amongst our members, Alan M Hunt. Our annual exhibition is a notable date to have in your diary and is not to be missed. Our next exhibition will be in Hutton Buscel Village Hall, Sat 11th and Sun 12th September 2021 from 10am - 5pm, with an open Preview Evening on Friday 10th September 2021, 7pm - 9pm to which you are all very welcome.

Mixed Media Artist - After initial profession help in 1989-91, most of what I have learnt has been achieved by just painting. I love painting. My style has changed over the years, and now I am enjoying a more spontaneous approach using experimental techniques with mixed media, which I find exciting.
My work has been sold over the past 20 years in various galleries in Scarborough, Helmsley, Malton and Bridlington, and I have exhibited in London, Stirling and Hull.
Haberdashery - My hobbies include baking celebration cakes and biscuits, usually with help from the grandchildren or friend's children who have come for a visit, making jams and pickle, cross stitch embroidery and making craft items from scraps of material and felt. I have three dolls houses, one has been refurbished, one is a work in progress and one for the children to play with. I hope you enjoy my creations in the exhibition!
